HOSPTIALITY NEWS AND NEEDS   Many heart-felt thanks to all the members of the Hospitality Committee and church members for their faithful help with the many funeral receptions and luncheons throughout the year.  Your dedication and hard work is so appreciated.  The numerous hours setting up the evening before, coming in early to receive the food, preparing and donating food, serving the food, and clean-up for each event were so appreciated. Thank you for your generous food donations! JULY 5 AND JULY 12   We have two more events coming up soon that will need your assistance.  On July 5, the Hospitality Committee will be feeding the R.D.Y.C. lunch after their performances.  We are asking for monetary donations to the Committee so we may purchase the food and serve them.  This meal will be for the R.D.Y.C. and leaders only. Our new minister, Pastor Ken Waclo, and his family will be invited.    Please make your checks payable to Bellamy United Methodist Church and note “Hospitality Committee” on the memo, or put your cash donation in an envelope and note “Hospitality Committee” on it.  We will have a covered-dish luncheon on July 12 to welcome Pastor Ken, his wife, Alice, and two daughters, Abby and Mary.  Please be sure to mark your calendars for July 12 for a covered-dish luncheon.  Please bring enough food for your family and a guest.  Come on out and hear the R.D.Y.C. bless us with their beautiful voices on July 5 (both services), and meet and have lunch with our new pastor and family on July 12! CHAIR AND TABLE COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED The Hospitality Committee is finding it more difficult setting up and taking down tables and chairs with each event.  We are an aging Committee and need help. We would like to start a Chair and Table Committee comprised of healthy men who are willing to come out to set up and take down tables and chairs before and after each event.  The more members - the less time it takes!  This is mostly done in the evenings (and on rare occasions during the day).  Please call the church office at 694-5142 if you can help.   IMPORTANT REMINDERS   ·       JULY 5 – R.D.Y.C.
